All Abilities
Regional Schools Bowls Event

On 29 April 2026, the Kangaroo Flat Bowls Club again hosted the All Abilities Regional School Bowls Event.

It was a wonderful event for the club and for the participants from four schools – Bendigo Special Development School, Kalianna Special School, Maryborough Education Centre and Echuca Rich River Special School.

Special thanks to all the volunteers who helped run the event.

Kangaroo Flat Bowls Club is an inclusive organisation and always seeks to cater for bowlers of all abilities.

Victorian State Para Championships

The Kangaroo Flat Bowls Club proudly hosted the Victorian Para Bowls Championships, over four days, from Monday 20th April to Thursday 23rd April 2026.

The standard of play, by the participants, was absolutely outstanding, displaying a high level of skill and sportsmanship, and the participants were a great inspiration to everybody, who witnessed the event.

Bowls Victoria were impressed with the facilities of the Kangaroo Flat Bowls Club, and thanked the Club  for the support, by way of greens preparation, use of facilities,  provision of meals and Bar service, over the four days, which facilitated the smooth running of the event.

This was made possible by the huge commitment of Club Members, who volunteered significant amounts of their time, over the four days of the Championship Event.

The Kangaroo Flat Bowls Club and its members were very proud and honoured to have been chosen, by Bowls Victoria, to host this important and prestigious event.
